Fast forward to today, he is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Problem Solver of SourceNow (formally known as Distinctive Workforce Solutions). As a visionary leader, Jean-Paul oversees the global operations of SourceNow, including SourceNow Professional, SourceNow International, SourceNow Transportation, Daydreamer Technologies, and Daydreamer International. He is a world-renowned expert in Vendor Management Technology, Managed Services, and Temporary Staffing, and is considered a legend in the industry for his revolutionary solutions in light industrial staffing management worldwide. Jean-Paul also serves as a Board Director and Secretary for the Staffing Advisory Group, providing counsel to the United States Congress. He advises C-level executives on various corporate boards, and hosts the most downloaded Staffing Industry Podcast in the world, "Solving Temporary Staffing Problems" (STSP), available on all major podcast platforms. A proud Chilean American and native New Yorker, Jean-Paul was raised in the St. George apartment complex in Staten Island. He now resides in South Florida with his wife and three sons.
